Cohousing 101 – Introductory Webinar
December 5, 2020 @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
When: Saturday, December 5, 10:30am – 12:30pm
Join us for an introduction to cohousing and learn how it addresses social isolation, affordability issues, sustainability, co-care and more. We will also be presenting the cohousing community that is forming in Hamilton and discussing what intergenerational cohousing looks like.
Cohousing allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds, where you can choose the balance between privacy and community that’s right for you. Enjoy new friends, new skills and improved health in a setting that combines a sense of connection, cooperation
and mutual support. The modern version of cohousing was formed in Denmark in the mid-1960s. Since then it has been transformed into a worldwide phenomenon.
This webinar is repeated a few times a year. Attendees at earlier sessions should check the website Cohousing Hamilton for other information and opportunities to become involved.
