Presenter Debbie Tigchelaar is a Health and Wellness Coach, who is passionate about helping others reach their full potential in life, regardless of age or ability! In her presentations, she brings her own life experience of what it means to live a quality life while living with a chronic disease. In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, read and go for long walks with friends.
