Discover the art of journaling and its link to harvesting life lessons for better coping with the ups and downs of life. Two sessions focus on writing in a journal – a practice proven to build resilient aging. We discuss the art of journaling, a variety of springboards and styles, its benefits, as well as our own experiences with journaling over the years. Within each session, participants respond to writing prompts and are invited to read their work aloud. Participants are encouraged to take part in both sessions.
